There is a guy selling MCCI 40 S&W 180gr.FMJ AMMO 1,000 round case on gunbroker for $160, it almost seems too good to be true, (unless there is something I'm missing) does anyone have any experience with this guy and his ammo?

The guy has tons of positive feedback so it must be ligit. I emailed him asking for info or a picture a couple days ago but no response.

I sent him an email with some questions and got nothing, and he goes threw cycles of haveing a lot of auctions at the same time and then weeks of nothing, and then they are back...I think im going to be saving up $160 and see how it goes, I will be giving a review, with the current local ammo prices his stuff is around 1/2 price.

it sounds like the number one complaint is that he is selling reloads...but he only has about 7 negatives mixed in with hundreads of posotives, most people dont even make mention of the ammo being reloaded, which makes me think its quality reloads.

I kind of expected it to be reloads since its 1000 rounds for 160 bucks. I think I may place an order later this week, I will let people know how it goes.

PLEASE DO! Your conclusion is what I was thinking too. I found a couple of complaints by googling Maine Cartridge Co. but obviously most of his customers were satisfied with what they got by looking at his feedback.

I just placed an order from him. I talked to him on the phone, and they are reloaded ammo, but for $200 you get 1000 rounds delivered to your door! that is half price of any 40 S&W ammo I have been able to find. hopefuly more than 500 of them work lol...I should be getting them on tuesday, and I will have a report on them by that sunday. wish me luck with them.

Good luck! Your experience is what decides whether I give them a try or not. You can't beat the price without reloading them yourself.
