is .40 truly .40 of an inch or...
So...is a .40 S&W truly .40 of an inch or is it like the .44 mag which is really .429 or .38 special wich is really .357?
just curious..thanks! |

Listed bullet diameter for both the .40 S&W and the 10mm is .400 inch.

Just for kicks I decided to check with a caliper
Blazer Brass came out to .392" Barrel ~.372" My caliper may be off a bit though... its old
