Lee Pro 1000 or Lee Load-Master
So for a begining loader, will I eventually outgrow the pro 1000? and what is the real benefit of the load-master?

Depends on how much you shoot. I have a 1000 for my .45 and a Load Master for 9mm. I shoot my 9mm a lot for USPSA and the Load Master will run circles around the 1000. I started shooting Single Stack and am considering a Load Master for .45 now. I also got the Load Master up and going quicker than the 1000 plus the Load Master also has a extra station for a factor crimp die.
