Does anybody shoot anything other than FMJ FMC? How does it feed in the XD?

I use 175 gr. conical cast lead bullets (.40S&W) and have had no feeding issues.

I haven't tried JHPs in my 45s just yet as some seem to feed well and others not. FMJs run flawless.
Now my XD-9s, my defensive mags that I leave loaded in them all at night are filled with FMJ AND HJP alternating round for round. The XDs couldn't care less, they blow through a mag like that with zero issues, hope my 45s will do the same when I pick a JHP for them.

I've tried almost any ammo you'll be able to find at your local store (and then some), without any issues at all. I have hear of some XD owners having such a issue, but I haven't.

I have shot 230gr FMJ, JHP, and LRN through my XD45 Service. All ran with 0 issues. However, as you can imagine, the LRN left a lot of lead fouling in the barrel.

Ive shot FMJ's in WWB, Fiochi, UMC, Blazer, Federal with no problems. In JHP's I've shot Hornady XTP's, REmington green box, and currently use Speer Gold Dots. I also have had zero problems. It's like my XD45 will eat anything & give it......with or without tabasco sauce.

I have a conglomeration of different bullets I reload with. I pick them up for very reduced prices at gun shows and the like.
I have Round nose, Hollow points, Conical, Truncated cone, and SWC bullets.

I have fired Federal HST, Federal LE45T1 +P HP, Winchester Ranger HP, WWB FMJ, CCI Blazer, Speer Lawman and a few others I can't remember now. All have feed and shot without a problem in my XD45c.

I running 200gr RSFP lead bullets in my XD-45ACP. I am loading them down pretty low since I am using them for Production division in USPSA. They feed great and accuracy is pretty good. The big thing is they are cheap.
