I use Titegroup for 9mm and 45.

It looks like Hodgdon lists TG for 40 S&W and 10mm as well.

40 and 10 are high pressure rounds so people warn against reloading for them but you will be OK as long as you work your loads up from minimum.

Cast bullets are not recommended for Glocks because of the lead buildup on the polygonal rifling and the chambers are not fully supported so the case can rupture.

I don't have a Glock so I can't say either way but if I did I would not load lead and would probably change the barrel out.

223 is a whole other ball of wax. Do a search here and you will find a ton of info.

Versatile powder, any of the medium burn rates like Unique, Universal, HS6, WSF, etc. They will allow you a broader spectrum of perf. than the uberfast powders like TG, BE & Clays & keep you out of serious pressure troubles if you have a bullet setback. Loading for the Glock requires a jacketed or plated bullet. Reloading for high pressure rounds just requires more attention, especially when you are running near the top end pressure wise. It's best to stay off max. loads in 40 & 10mm until you have significant experience w/ your handloads.
