Bulk ammo, anyone?
Have any of you bought bulk ammo through Cabelas or Bass Pro before, or do regularly? It's a little cheaper than buying it at Walmart, but is it bad quality?

The best, cheapest, bulk reload ammo I've used is Georgia Arms. You can order online, but I usually see them at gunshows in Florida.

WOW, I just bought a 100 round box of WWB at Wally World and it cost me $28.36 including tax. This is in Wisconsin. Why is it so much more expensive here?

Mine is actually .40 cal. Thanks for bringing that to my attention though, I had not considered that. Is that still an alright price for .40 cal.?

+1 on ammo from Georgia Arms.
I bought 300 rds of .38 Special, 158 gr. SWC from Cabelas for practice with my snubbie. Fired 200 rds with no problems; good, clean ammo. |
