the +p and +p+ designations indicate increased pressure. In short higher projectile velocity as a result. Other things to consider as well, just make sure your firearm can handle the extra pressure load.

I have yet to find a place local where I can get a box of 50 gold dots for 23 bucks. Hell the places that do sell defensive ammo (not many) sell the little 20 round squares for about the same price I can get 50 on that website.
