Has anybody done this?
How hard is it and what tools do you need?

What you do is fill an empty 22LR casing with lead and then load it into an empty .223 casing. You have to take the rim and smooth it out first too. There is a website on how to do this. I don't have it right now, but I am sure that it could be found.

Oh.
There's a web site that sells the dies to do this. The link has been posted a few time on this forum. I used to have the link book marked but I can't find it.
