I bumped up my powder charge to 5.2 an all is fine. I did 5 more rounds at 4.8 and had one jam. did 5 more at 5.0 and had one jam. did 5 more at 5.2 and all is good.
I am measuring my powder with a digital scale in grains. after the problem I check it with my rcbs manual scale and they were the same. my gun has had about 650 round put threw it so it is still pretty new and i know my spring have not wore in totaly. I know it is just not my XD because I shot it threw a friends service sig and his glock. I asked him how may rounds he has put threw the guns and he said it was over 5k rounds. thanks again dmurphy68
