Where do you guys buy your 9mm bullets?

I'd like to get some sites that have good prices on 9mm bullets, 124gr and 147gr stuff.

Do you mean bullets or cartridges? For bullets I like Midway(catalog). For loaded cartridges I go to Wally World (no 124gr. at my local though).

Bullets for reloading, lead, jacketed or plated? The best deal on jacketed are from Zero, Precision, MontanaGold & ww from tjc. Lead, several good suppliers like Kead, Gardner'sCache & LTD Custom. Plated, well they are getting expensive as jacketed, but Precision Delta has a black "plastic" type plating that is cost effective & seems to work well.

I assume this is for reloading? There are options you just have to shop around. I picked up some "Xtreme" plated bullets about a month ago and found the website where you can order. It's like 40 bucks per 500 for 147grn. pills. The "jacket" on these plated bullets seems to be very thick compared to some Raniers I had a while back. Xterme also has free shipping IRC.

X-Treme Bullets - (800) 482-2103

Midway USA sells Winchester 115 grn. for a fairly decent price. But they run out of bullets almost as fast as they can get them in AND they charge shipping.

Just remember that 9mm is probably the least cost saving ammo to reload.

I think I will be using Xtreme bullets from now on when it comes to my pistol bullets.

Thanks for the info guys. Yeah, I was looking for just the projectile for reloading. Your replies have brought up some questions though.

Is there an advantage to plated plated bullets? Are they better than FMJ's & TMJ's or just cheaper? I'm getting into IDPA and want to get some cheap but good bullets to shoot.
