Tried my best to choke my XD!
Since 500 rounds of mostly WWB 115 gr. ball with a few hp's and a few reloads failed to choke my XD-9 Service, I tried some 122 gr. cast fp's loaded with 5.1 grns. SR 4756. Although the dummy round just barely fed, when I fed and fired live rounds- no problems! The loaded rounds are only 1.057 oal which look real short in the mag, but they worked. I'm going to try slightly less powder because they felt pretty stout and weren't very accurate. Anyway, the XD is a champ!

I've got about 1000 rds thru my XD 357, most reloads with every bullet and load available (not alot of bullets will work) and it has never missed a beat.
Same with my XD sub 9, lots of different loads, probably 500 and never missed a beat.
