I was just starting to get my count up on ammo . I had 350 .40sw for my 40 service and i went to the range and blew them all, except my hps. Then i went to wallworld to replenish and saw the price increase, now im reloading . You may have read my other thread "PISSED and WALMART S#$#KS" . well neways how much ammo are you saving and have right now . Are you ready for a war ? Or are you hoping nothing happens next few days cuz your out of ammo ? Im gonna start reloading heavy once i get the right set up going . Now how many can i save? Is there laws on how much you can have in your house ? I wanna get to almost 2 or 3 thousand rounds in a stashready for anything. So my question for the thread is how many can you store and for how long and how many is in your safe .. right now i have one clip of 40sw wwb and one clip of 40sw federal hollow points . until i make or buy more .

i didnt have much time before walmart jacked the prices so i didnt get nearly as much as i wanted. i have about 300 .45 and 230 12 gauge. id like a few thousand of each.

I started reloading and have about 1,500 9mm about 1k of 40S&W, not near enough 7.62 As long as ammo is stored in a dry place it lasts an extremely long time.

I think I've got 500 rnds of .40, 200 of 9mm, 100 of .223, and this in my closet

its all good......just make sure you have enough mags, it would suck to be in a incident were you got all this ammo though youve got no mags..........or make sure your gf or wife is there to replenish each mag after use..........

probably need to get faster to replenish the mags/clips then

Buy now while it is cheap. In a year everyone will be kicking themselves in the arse for not buying more. I plan to have another 4-5 aks built a handful of ar's and as many high cap mags as possible. I really dont see another awb coming, but it is better to have and not need than to want and not have.

Funny you should ask, because I was just taking some inventory earlier this evening.

I have 7500 rounds of .22LR, 3000 rounds of .223, 1500 rounds of 9mm, 600 rounds of .45ACP, 350 rounds of .40S&W, 1000 rounds of 12ga birdshot, 150 rounds of 12ga 00 buck, and 50 12ga slugs.

I also have some assorted 20ga and .410 shells, some .44MAG and 100 rounds or so each of .308 and 6.5 Grendel.

It's not enough, though... It never is!
