Man I wish I had this last night when I setup my turret press. I thought it would be much harder than it was and made a couple of simple steps turn into anything but simple. Oh well.

First good post. I just had a Lee Pro given to me. Its missing the primer feed, powder measure and brass feed, basically its just a shell. But story short. I posted on a bunch of forums and 90% of everyone told me to throw it away that they are junk. I possibly have a Dillion 550 coming from a buddy , so I know what one I ll be using.
But I just thought it was interesting I just pick this one up and here is a informative post on it. I was thinking I might set it up and use it for a specific caliber, but now I think I might just trade it off for some powder or primers or something But thanks for the info, if I do decide to keep it I ll be checking this post out for info.

I've been thinking of buy three Pro 1ks and having each one setup for my common calibers. 9mm, .223, and .45
I've got a Lee single stage and a Lee 4 hole turret press that have both served me faithfully and I'll keep them around or pass them to a family member if I do go progressive. Keep up the good work on the write-up. Definatly good. Oh yeah WTF is the chain for? My 4 hole turret press doesn't use one and I'm pretty sure I've got the same powder measure.

It goes to the Powder measure leaver, on the upstroke (press hande going up) it brings the leaver down so it can measure a new charge.
