January 1st Price Increase
I've heard a lot about this and I've also heard that on some ammo locally the price has gone up already. The Federal 100rd packs of birdshot I use to shoot clays supposedly went up $6 or $8 according to my dad; he saw them a few days ago when he was buying me clays for Christmas and noticed the price increase.
Is this just the increase that has been a long time coming from rising costs of materials that the industry has tried to stall as long as possible or is there something else behind it? Your opinions are much appreciated.
