I buy mine at gun shows. By the time you add postage, shipping & handling, and hazmat charges the darn things cost a fortune through the mail.

I have a local(45 miles) gunshop that carries one of the best selections of primers and powder I have ever seen (except the time I was in Cabelas Main store)
so not an issue with me. How close are you to Camp Perry Ohio? It's in Ottawa County near Port Clinton. every summer at the Nationals (July and August)there are a lot of vendors selling firearms related items. A good place to stock up on reloading supplies. I know that doesn't help now but it may next summer.

The local place that I use to buy primers runs out quick and then takes a while to get in. One of the guys I work with and me buy them out all the time then it takes them forever to get more in.

If your local shop doesn't carry them at a fair price & you have few gunshows to attend, order from PowderValley. They ship quickly w/ affordable shipping & the $20 HM fee of course. Just order at least 10 units (1# of powder or 1K primers = 1 unit) & spread your HM out. It will equal $2/unit. My last order was 5# of powder & 5K of primers & even w/ shipping, I saved about $35. An added benefit is I didn't have to spend $10 in gas or my time to drive to one of the only gunshops left in SO.Kalif. that stocks primers & powder. It doesn't work for small purchases but primers & powder, stored properly, last along time.
