Blazer Brass
I've been using Blazer brass 230gr fmj in my XD. Shoots great, feed well and the price is right. I orginally bought some for the brass. But since I can get it at my local Walmart for $9.37 a box well I've been able to shoot more. And that is the point. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the load in that cartridge. It's a little stoudt but I like it.

I have not tried to pull the powder out of a blazer round, but I have saved and reloaded the brass with 4.7 to 4.9 gr of Win 231 with no problems

Ammo manufactures load to pressure limits and their powder choices often change over time.
I doubt CCI will tell you what their formula is. According to CCI's web site the 230 gr Blazer Brass FMJ is rated at 830 FPS. Best thing to do, if you want to duplicate the load, is buy (or borrow) yourself a chronograph. Then shoot some of the blazer brass over the chrono. Then you open your loading manuals and look for a load that gets you close to that velocity. Work up a few of those loads and shoot them over the chrono, adjust powder levels accordingly and within safe limits until you reach the velocity that factory ammo gave you.

I wish I lived close to your Wal-Mart! 45acp Blazer Brass is 11.97 here! That is, when they even have it in stock.
