A shooting buddy and I (along with a couple others) came up with elevated lead levels. My buddy doesn't reload. I do. Our numbers were the same. The culprit in this case was shooting at an indoor range with very poor ventilation.

To reduce lead exposure while reloading....
1- No eating, drinking, or any other hand-to-mouth actions.
2- Tumble brass outdoors.
3- Be upwind when opening the tumbler and separating the brass and media. The media dust is high in lead.
4- Wash your hands afterwards.

I still shoot at an indoor range but one with good ventilation. The only thing my buddy and I did was quit shooting at the bad range. Our numbers went down to normal levels.

I bought a micrometer for my Dillon and and saw this soap that they have for sale. I use it after I reload. I also bought some of the wipes to clean my hands after shooting.
