To reduce lead exposure while reloading.... 1- No eating, drinking, or any other hand-to-mouth actions. 2- Tumble brass outdoors. 3- Be upwind when opening the tumbler and separating the brass and media. The media dust is high in lead. 4- Wash your hands afterwards. I still shoot at an indoor range but one with good ventilation. The only thing my buddy and I did was quit shooting at the bad range. Our numbers went down to normal levels.

The only thing I would add to your list is a hammer style kinetic bullet puller.

Check this web site for a soap to remove the lead.
http://www.uniquetek.com/site/696296/product/T1232 I bought a micrometer for my Dillon and and saw this soap that they have for sale. I use it after I reload. I also bought some of the wipes to clean my hands after shooting.
