Expanding .40 cal

I have tried reloading lead but I was shaving lead so I increaded the expanding die but now it will cause a small bulge in the middle to bottom of the brass. It will still chamber but I was wondering how everyone else did it ? By the way the expansion is 0.431-0.433

I am amazed that the case will chamber a 40S&W is only 0.424 at the base 0.423 at the mouth. With normal sizing and jacketed bullets you can just see where the bullet expands the case as it goes in. The sizing dies usually under sizes the case by a few thousands of an inch to ensure the bullet does not set back.

sorry .431-.433 is the OD of the shell when the case mouth is belled, before seating the bullet. I will try and post pics, but i dont know if i will be able to get a good picture because it just puts a small ruffle in the case.
