Cleanin out the safe of all the old ammo i dont use anymore.
here is all i got left. Freebies if you want them. (if you wanna send some 9mm that would be swell of ya!) mags can go too, the hi cap is un known of brand, type, or cal (looks like .45) the small is a ruger mini 14. Please let me know if this is against any rulings or anything. Dont ask for the hi cap if your state doesnt allow it, yada yada. as i said. free, take it or leave it.
Fiocchi 6.35 25 augo 50 rds
UMC 45 auto 50 rds
PMC 357 Mag 50 rds
Winchester SUPERX 44 rem hollow points 20 rds
wooden box is all random stuff. (box not included) hehe

As i said before, PLEASE if this is against any XD forum rules, lemme know or take it down, did a quick look-see to see if i saw anything against it, but didnt really come across anything saying you cant give away ammo...

I would say that it is first come first dibs.

The forum only asks that the laws which
govern anything of this nature, ammo to
be specific, are adhered to. In this case
I would say you as the shipper, will have
to declare that the ammo is Haz Mat. No
big deal there, it ships by weight.

The only problem(s) that I would see that one
could encounter when shipping to a person which
you do not know:

1. Recipient being under age.

2. Recipient being a convicted felon.

3. Recipient being a convicted spouse or
family member abuser, although these are
misdemeanors, they are still treated as the
more serious felon offenses.

4. And, for a laugh, someone inside the
confined walls of Sing-Sing who has access
to a PC and asks for the freebe.

Hmm, ed, i see your point. my thought on that was if they are a convicted felon, or any of that, would it matter? i see your point, and i can see why, but out of the hundreds of times i have purchased ammo i have only had to show ID a few times, the "under 18" is a good point though. The one thing i see on that is, i have ordered ammo online without showing ID... but that has been with a credit card, proving my age(in a round about way) what would you suggest? everyone fwd me a copy of their license (minus like their license number)

under the strict laws of the FCFS (first come first serve) ruling i would say
Bamabowtie at 2:06pm for the 357
Lobster at 2:23 for the .45 or box of random (box of random will be sent so i can pass the .45 to.....)
MyK9nose at 2:24 for the .45
Roger at 2:37 gets the 25's
and last but not least manic gets the .44 mag at 3:59

as i said before this is all ammo that has been sitting in my safe, before anyone accepts this ammo, please note, i WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. these packages have never even been open by me for inspection of any sort. treat these as if they were found at the range.

with that being said, please send me an address to mail these to, and i can have them out this week.

Remember, if anyone wants the two magazines, they are still available!! Also, if anyone has any old 9mm thats just takin up space, i know a guy who has plenty of room for it! hehe
