Ditto for me... but how about for those of us who reload? 55gr gas-check lead bullets or 55gr FMJ or 55gr SP.

It would be kewl to reload a couple of BIG BUBBA loads for the AR.

You want 5.56mm as it is loaded to higher pressures than commercial .223 Rem. I have found that Federal M193 or Winchester Q3131 are the hottest factory rounds you can buy. Both are 55 gain FMJ.

The problem is however, M193 and Q3131 have become very hard, if not impossible, to come buy the past several months. Its MIL-Spec ammo so if you can find it, by all means buy it. I have pretty much quit shooting it in my ARs as I can't replace what I shoot so am using commercial .223 for practice and keeping the hot stuff for when I need to do more than punch holes in paper.
