I bought a combined 1400 hundred rounds at various Walmart's today and will buy close to another 1000 on Friday. Then it's off to learn how to reload when I capture all this brass as it is being used.

how did the saleperson reacted when you cherry picked 1400 rds? i love to see teh look on people face when you walk out of their. my walmarts don't even put the ammo in bags because they just break off. if they have a empty box, they give you got so you can be discreet.

This question always gripes me! If i'm doing this for a hobby I like and enjoy other parts of the hobby like reloading then I feel like my time is being very well spent. I figure it's paying me back for the money saved and results in a more accurate load taylored to my guns.

Absolutely, If you don't like reloading then I can see how someone might feel like it's wasted time and could spend time better vegging in front of a tv.
