What's even more weird is that the prices at the Wal-Marts in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area vary a lot. There are about a dozen Wal-Marts within 30 minutes from my house. Three or four of the closest ones have the better prices. If I go south or east from me the prices jump up. [shrug] That's why I've been buying a few each week. I have about 50 boxes of 50 of the .40 now. Some of those I bought before it went to $7.57.

Get this... the CCI Blazer Brass 9mm sells for $7.67. A dime more than the .40!!!

Picked up a couple boxes of 9mm Blazer Brass at my friendly neighborhood gun shop for $15.90+tax. Kenny at Westborn in Taylor is a good guy, bought my XD from him, and sent it back to SA through him, appears the dreaded trigger bar spring caught up to me after 3000 rnds. Might get an Armory Kote thrown in with the deal don't know yet for sure. It was funny, right after leaving Westborn Gun Shop, Megan called me to let me know they've received the gun and it's in the lineup. Hope she comes home soon.

Sorry, I guess that would help.
500 round box of UMC Remington 9mm $79 and the last 4 boxes of no name russian made 22LR for .99 each. All from a small local dealer. Believe it or not, the 22 ammo is very accurate. To bad he said he can't get anymore. I even said I'd buy it in 5000 round increments and he still said he can't get it.

Not many people buying shotgun ammo? Those 100 round value boxes at WallyWorld/Meijers etc are usually a good deal this time of year.

Not a big fan of WM but I was given a $20 gift card for a good deed I did so I am going to have to go buy some ammo.

I stop in there from time to time to pick up shotgun ammo. I used to shoot a lot of sporting clays and it wasn't uncommon for me to pick up 4 or more boxes at once. Plus they always seem to have good deals on shotgun slugs (I always see Remington Sluggers) and buckshot this time of the year.
