Walmart --1 case of WWB 9mm. (10 boxes of 100 at $15.72) 1,000 rounds Natchez--5 cases of AE .45 (100 boxes of 50 at $12.99) 5,000 rounds Now that BB .45 is $14.88 I won't be buying factory loaded .45 much often. I took a reloading primer class at a local FFL so I will be making room in the garage for a Dillon 650. I have a good stockpile of loaded ammo and will just use the brass to reload. |

Just walked out of Cabela's (KC) 1 box 100rd Remington 9mm $13.99 1 box 25rd Hornady TAP FPD 9mm $21.99 1 box 20rd Magtech Gaurdian Gold 9mm+p 13.99 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- As of 1/20/08 Walked out of Wal-Mart 2 boxes 100rd winchester 9mm $15.72 each Total = $33.85 (after taxes) My wall-mart carries no PD ammo I know of. Or atleast my eye dodges the high price they place under them.

today my walmart, Deland FL the blazer brass .45 is still 14.88 and the WWB 100 round box is still 28$ and change. i got 200 WWB today.
Also the counter person said they have seen no slow downs in ammo purchases since the hike. the 12 gauge birdshot shelf was empty despite still being high priced.

The Sports Authority is having a 15% off all Winchester ammunition sale...the one i went to had NO .45 ACP, but plenty of .40 S&W and 9mm. didn't get a price on any though.

Not like anyone here does not already know, but Gander Mountain is EXPENSIVE!!
i stopped by today to try to find some fishing stuff i cant find near me and checked out the guns and ammo again. they still have the black SA XD.45 acp tactical for 629.99!! they have blazer brass .45acp 50 rounds for 19.99!! they have speer gold dot .45 acp 20 rounds for 27.99!! i find that store a little overwhelming which was good at first, but kinda annoying now. also they didnt have the fishing stuff i wanted.

Went to Gander and actually picked up some ammo. May or may not have been smart idea, but wal-mart is out of .223.
Wolf (polymer coated stuff), .223 - 3 boxes @ 6.99/box Winchester 5.56 (actual 5.56 ammo, not .22) - 3 boxes @ 12.99/box

NC...walmart WWB 100ct 9mm still $15.72. its been that for 2 weeks.
how much do you have to shoot before reloading is worth it? rds per month?
