Berry's 185gr. HBRN in XD45
The 185gr. HBRN over 6.5 grains of Unique is my new favorite load in my XD. Shot threw my first box of 250 with zero failures to feed. I haven't measured groups at 25 yards for accuracy but they seem accurate enough. This load has a softer recoil than 230 grain and is just a pleasure to shoot.

I have some Ranier's 185gr. Flat nose over 5gr. of Titegroup and the first time I fired it i was like "WOW.........is this a .45?" I had also just got done installing a new 22 lb. recoil spring into it which probabaly affected felt recoil.

I've been using Berry's 185 HBRN over 4.8 titegroup and love it! Clean, accurate, low recoil, reliable with good ejection. My XD loves this recipe.
