It ain't too cheap, but aimsurplus.com has some of the excellent SA .308.
I bought as much as I could from other vendors a while back and it's pretty darn good stuff, although they have it at ~.38/round ($50 for a 140rd battlepack).

I picked up 3 battle packs a few days ago just for the hell of it. We might not see SA surplus for awhile so I had to get some.

There is essentially no more surplus .308 and I was shocked to see this stuff. I'm sure they'll sell out quick.
I've had pretty good results with the SA, it's non-magnetic (unlike Silver Bear), and consistent.

I got a couple crates from them a little while ago. The crates still got the stinking smell of tar but the ammo is good.
