it still has a pretty good "pop" to it. I didnt notice 'much' difference in loudness, but i wasnt paying attention to it. When i get home tuesday, ill shoot some shot in my 9 and tell ya.

I've shot .45acp and .22LR stuff and I don't think it'd be quiet enough for inside city limits, nor all that safe. The stuff never seemed all that destructive, but I think it would be effective for extreme close-range pest control... meaning... within range of using a large stick anyway. It usually won't cycle a semi-auto either.

I got a 10 pack of 9mm just for fun when I was ordering other stuff, my experience is as follows. I shot 5 of them and they all failed to cycle, leaving the empty shell in the chamber. I shot an empty two liter of pepsi with the muzzle about 5 feet away and it did not penetrate the plastic. They were not nearly as loud as the WWB I was shooting but there is no way you could shoot them in a neighborhood. I came to the conclusion I could probably shoot my self in the foot and it would not do anything but I did not try it, on top of that have having to manually cycle each time makes them worthless in my opinion.

When i go home, I'll shoot my dad's leg and see if it penetrates the 'skin' note: do not try this at home. My dad is an amputee with old prosthetic legs laying around with "lifelike" tissue on the outside. lol. figured i needed to clarify...
