Lee FCD Post Sizes?
I have been reading about the Lee Factory Crimp dies and all the supporters and opponents views.
The one thing that interest me is that I read that it post sizes the finished round while applying the crimp. This is interesting since I know I have some Glock fired 45 and it doesn't fit into the SS case gauge I have. Can anybody verify this? |

You'll need a special die to take out the "glock Buldge" resizing dies and the Lee FCD don't go quite that low. Try dropping the round in the chamber. It will probably fit

Having reloaded a couple-hundred thousand .45s that were shot through my Glocks, and using lots of those reloaded rounds to shoot through other brands of .45 firearms, I can tell you that the Lee FCD does, in fact, put the loaded round back to spec. (Assuming that it's out-of-spec)
I've never-ever seen a bulge in a .45ACP case that was fired through a Glock |
