Does anyone have an load data using Titegroup?
I noticed that reloading manual jacketed SWC loads seem to be higher then some LSWC loads I found online.
I'll be shooting these out of a 1911.

I do not remember EVER seeing that weight for a .452 sized bullet.
Please weight them and get back to us. THEN we can give you some recommended loads for these LEAD bullets.
(Yes lead bullets typically do have different powder requirements to jacketed rounds.)

You might check around on a couple of threads in this forum on using SWC bullets with the XD-45. It seems the vast majority of XDs will not feed them reliably.

Doh
I just looked at the box again and they are Carolina Hunter bullets and are 185 grain.
I can't find anything about them online but they look just like the picture I posted only with a red stripe instead of green.

Good and thank you for the info.
Now that we all know the weight, that they are lead (as opposed to a different loading for jacketed bullets) and that they are .452 inches in diameter (right ?), you can go here to get the loading info:
http://www.handloads.org/loaddata/
and Have Fun but BE SAFE at all times when reloading.

In 45acp you'll want to run your leaqd loads 10% less powder than jacketed for sim. pressures. I'm not a big fan of TG & lead bullets, it seems to cause more leading than a med. burner like Unique or AA#5. Start w/ 4.5gr & work up to 5.2gr (fast powders also have a narrow load range).
