Ooooooppppssssss
Loaded up a thousand of my favorite .45 load a couple of months ago and got down to about a dozen when I had my first ever pop no kick and a bullet lodged in the barrel. I've been reloading for 20 years and only had one other bad round , double charge of bullseye. So just so you beginners know we all make mistakes. If you are new to the game do not start out with a progressive press stick to single stage or turret presses untill you know what it takes to make good ammo then upgrade. I know its slower but it pays for itself in the long run. Oh and both of my screwups were done on a progressive press. The double charge cost me a set of grips and a new barrel, the pop/no kick cost me a piece of wood dowel and 10 minuites with a mallet but could have been much worse luckilly the bullet didnt hardly make it out of the chamber, it wouldnt allow another round to be fed in behind it.

Glad it didn't feed the next round. Sound advise I'm hoping to get into reloading soon but need to find a new job first.

As a newbee to reloading, I certainly welcome any experience feedback. I opted for the Lee Single Stage for the exact reason that you cited. I wanted to learn all of the ins & outs on it before moving on.
