Custom built reloading bench?
I am moving out of my apartment and into a house so I will finally have the space to start reloading. I believe I have all of the equipment picked out. However as I was shopping for a bench my girlfriend mentions her father loves to work with wood and can probably build me a bench.

I of course tell her that is not necessary, but the next day she says she talked to him and he would love to do it.

So if you were having someone build a reloading bench for you, what would you do? Just a simple sturdy flat bench? Or are there any custom features I could add that would assist me in reloading? When I am sitting down at it what height should it be at?

What about non-apt dwellers?

I recently realized the importance of having a sturdy bench not only to support the press on the downstroke, but sometimes you have quite a bit of pressure on the upstroke also. Something to think about.

This is the best idea I have seen for a bench. He took the plans offered at The National Reloading Manufacturers Association and customized it.
