I have used Golden Sabres without any issues in mine, they seem to run just fine. I really would like to get my hands on some Corbon DPX to try. I hear thats the holy grail.

from what I have heard, if using .380 ammo, it is probably best (because of the ammo) to use full metal jacket to ensure adequate penetration and within the full metal jacket category, the truncated cone seems to be the best........supposedly, the shape (truncated cone, sold as "target" bullets) allows for a "cleaner" cut of the bullet through clothes and will achieve better penetration and a wider wound. My .02 cents, hope this helps, good luck!

Some guys over at ktog have done some testing into balliatic gel and there are quite a few posts about it over there. The results are impressive. There are many posts over there about them, here is just one I found in a quick search.
