.45 Auto ammo at Wally World

I picked up a box of 50 rounds 230 gr. FMJ for $11.23 after tax here in Lancaster and Lebanon counties in PA. It's the CCI Blazer Brass. Haven't shot any of it yet, but it's the lowest priced .45 auto ammo I've seen in a long time as far as price per round.

Can't seem to find ammo on their website, so I guess it's an in-store purchase only. It'd be 224.60 for a case of 1,000 rounds - not bad.

Wal-Mart dosen't list firearms or ammo as far as I can tell. It's not PC I guess.

Dick's Sporting Goods dosen't even list ammo on their website yet they carry it.

Haven't had any issues. It's just as good as WWB.

It's the same here at our southside Walmart, but the north side has it for $10.97. It's great ammo. Anyway, how good does ammo have to be for target shooting? It's not like the paper refuses to be punched because you're not using the "best".

i meant in terms of consistency, how clean the powder burns, is it dirty ammo, etc? i'm not worried about cheap FMJ for just breaking the gun in and slapping steel plates.

I think Blazer Brass is cleaner than WWB
