Blazer brass went up again! $9.27 for 50 rounds(where can i get it cheaper)
Im a little pissed, i can remember when it was at $7.50 something less than a year ago for the 40sw. Anyone know where i can buy cheap plinking ammo online? I have tried cabelas it still comes out to be $12 per 50, ands thats buying the lead bullets 600 rounds at a time.
Cheaperthandirt is even more expensive Last edited by justinbaker; 04-02-2007 at 07:37 PM. |

It should reach the 11.00 per box for 9mm unless there are unforseen problems that cause the price to increase more than scheduled.

its just crazy. I would love to start reloading, but the only firearms I own are my xd40, a shotgun and a 22. so it wouldn't be too practical to buy the setup just for 40sw. maybe once I get an AR ill get into the reloading business

Yep, 10.97 for Blazer Brass at my Wally World since Jan '07. Prices will only go higher, I'm sure, so I've started collecting my brass (I've left thousands of cases on the floor of my local range in the last few years

There are two more scheduled price increases this year. Wal Mart may not have them but the rest of us will.

I saw Blazer Brass 45ACP hardball at our Wal Mart for 9.45 a box of 50. I bought their last 4 boxes. Seemed like a good deal for brass cased 45ACP.
Yes, this skyrocketing of ammo prices DOES have me thinking about ditching my 40SW guns and sticking to the 45 and 9mm only. Its getting too expensive to feed three autopistol calibers and I don't have time to reload. - Brickboy240

Its not just Walmart that is raising prices, reloading components have skyrocketed in the last 6 months as well.
