Does any one have a safe load for the 40 using 180 grain cmj bullets and w231 or other powders.

I have a PDF file that has a series of loads, but I can't figure out how to post it. It really has just what you need. If anyone knows how to do it, let me know. Otherwise, PM me your email address and I'll email you the PDF

"Print screen" and save the PDF file as a jpeg and post it that way.

Here's my Major load that I have been using since last summer.

180gr CMJ RS Montana Gold
Federal Match Primers
4.95 gr Vihtavuori N320
OAL 1.135 in.
Crimp 0.420in

Fired in my XD-40 Tactical

Average velocity of 952fps PF=171

This load has be check on three different Chrono's. Vihtavuori is a bit more expensive powder but you will have a tough time finding a cleaner powder.

What tab is that under in Acrobat Reader?

I tried that both in the member gallery and in photobucket.

No can do - it needs a URL or needs to be an acceptable format. (jpg,etc)
