I like the CCI Blazer 40gr. that's usually what I buy. It seems to function well in everything minus the Sig Mosquito. I like the CCI mini-mags as well but the Blazer is normaly cheaper.
I don't know may just bite it & over pay. At least then I could take my boys shooting...

I've got 5k rounds of CCI std velocity 40gr .22lr coming in tomorrow from SGAmmo. On tues I have a small assortment of match-grade stuff coming in from Graf and Sons.
Paid normal prices for it all, too.

Picked up a 350 round bulk pack of CCI mini-mags for $21 a few days ago from the lgs, and a couple of federal bulk packs from Walmart for $19 a box the same day.

I haven't even looked since all this shortage crap started, and I don't think I want to. A few months ago, my lgs had bricks of Blazer 40gr on sale for $15.99, so I bought 10 of them. Still have about 3500 rds left from that plus around 1000 rds of that CCI standard velocity factory second stuff, about 1000 mini mags, and probably a dozen boxes of random .22lr loads, not to mention a small coffee can about half full of remnants from bricks and boxes past. I call it my "Island of Misfit Toys".
Hopefully that's enough to ride out this foolishness.

1000rnds of Winchester M22 for around $50 with tax at Walmart the other day. They had two boxes just put out when we bought one. They also had some brands in 555rnd and 333rnd (who comes up with these quantities lol). These bulk packs where all gone the next day.

I'm probably stupid but I just ordered a case, $0.075 per round w/s&h. Ouch it hurt but at least I can go shoot w/my boys & also do steel challenge for a bit.
