Works great in my AR15 and my 1911. I bought some bitterroot reload .45 and the walmart federal 100rd box specials and shot that through my XDs last weekend. I didn't want to have issues with the Tula. I ran some Tula through my XDm 45 and it ran fine so next time I get ammo I'll just get whatever is cheapest.

One note--the indoor range got REALLY mad at me when I was shooting Tula. Apparently they claim all the brass and don't want it mixed in...outdoor only from now on with the Tula. Or a new range.

I have run plenty of Tulammo through my 2 XDs and my AR and have never had a single problem with it. I have started reloading now but I still buy the Tulammo and put it away for a rainy day because it is so cheap.

The dirty crap is a cop out it's no more dirty than WWB or any other cheap plinking ammo. It's an internet myth perpetuated by those who don't know any better.

my Glock doesn't like it... and my AR REALLY doesn't like it. The XDM eats anything.

But... since 2 of my firearms don't like the steel case diet, I stick with brass stuff.

Well .45 ammo is so dang expensive and since I've shot 100 rounds of it recently without a problem I'll stick with it. My buddy took a 4 day defensive handgun course with his Glock 23 and used only Wolf. Ran flawless the whole time.

Why so much variation with this ammo? My personal experience was 50 rounds and two failed to fire. i ran them through 4 times, to the point where I don't think the striker was even hitting the primer anymore because of the size of the dent. I don't get why some can have no problems at all and other have such a high failure rate. Is it the gun or the ammo? You never hear stories like this with PMC or Sellier & Bellot and other cheap brass ammo. I'm inclined to think its the ammo and not the gun or we would have problems with more varieties of ammo.

I have a spam can for my VZ58 and the Better half's AK, they will shoot it all day long without issues. I mainly keep the steel case stuff for the SHTF type of ammo.

Because most people are just regurgitating what they've read on teh interwebz or what a gunshop guru has told them.

As for you bad primers...it happens. Odds are, if you buy another box, it'll run fine.

Personally, I've run probably 10-20K of the stuff through various weapons in various calibers; I have not seen a failure rate with any steel cased ammo that is any higher or lower than cheap brass ammo...actually, lower than some REALLY cheap (for brass) ammo.

Never damaged any gun parts with it, either.
