Ammo Boxes / not cans

This is a discussion on Ammo Boxes / not cans within the The Ammo Can forums, part of the Armory Talk category; depends on the box. I find 9mm boxes make nice reloading trays for .223. I have several Federal 5.56mm boxes that I reuse for reloads....

I just use sandwich size ziplock bags for pistol in 100 round lots. Rifle rounds go into baggies in lots of 50. I write the reloading info on the baggie with a sharpie. Baggies go into ammo cans for storage. It's easy, cheap, and I can fit a BUNCH in an ammo can! And while at the range, the bags are used to put the empty brass into!
