I called again this afternoon and got the voice mail again. Still no call back or email returned. Seems like they need to expand a bit, not only to get caught up on reloading but to have people available to answer the phone.
Good news is I did get another email from Fedex stating another package was picked up for delivery. I am guessing or at least hoping this is the 2 boxes of ammunition.

11 weeks for 1000 rounds of 9mm reloads!!!
I sent Jack Ross an email through their web page asking about the status of my order for 1000 rounds of 9mm reloads I placed on April 12th. May 24th will be 6 weeks since my order was placed so I expected to see the order shipped sometime soon.
Received a response from them... Thank you for keeping in touch. We are in the process of moving into our new warehouse which is slowing us down a bit. However with this expansion I am hoping it will take us forever off this dredded backlog we have been going through. unfortunately we are still 3-5 weeks out on your order. I am not sure if this is just a "stock up", or something you have for a time in mind. Whatever the case let me know what you'd wish for me to do. I would be able to refund it if you need to, or if you are okay waiting let me know.
Thank you, talk to you soon
Well crap.
I'd rather have the ammo in 5 weeks than the cash right now so I guess I'll just keep waiting. I think the whole thing has been poorly managed. Sometimes feces occurs and there's nothing that can be done. And I understand that change and growth can be chaotic. But I fault them for the lack of communication. Had I not contacted them I assume they would of just left me in the dark for 3 to 5 weeks more.
In hindsight I wish I'd just ordered with Freedom Munitions. For the $28 difference in cost I would have my ammo 5 weeks ago. But at the time I was willing to trade a little longer lead time for the savings. But as they say... Time is money.

I ordered 500 rounds of .40 reloads on April 4th and still havent received a shipping notice. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago asking if they had an updated shipping timeline. I got a response stating they have been having machine problems and we are currently shipping order #783 and you are #1100 so it will be. It was strange because it just ended like that mid sentence. I kept my order open because I don't really need the ammo now, but I hope it gets here soon before my time limit on disputing it with my credit card is over if something goes wrong.

Ok. Got my 2 boxes of ammo delivered yesterday. Haven't had a chance to go to the range, but not happy with the customer service I received. I called a number of times and emailed through their website and never got any response.
I may try again in the future but I will give them at months 6 months and wait until I see some positive feedback with reasonable turnaround times. Until then freedom munitions my business.
Good luck to everyone who has placed an order. And to anyone thinking of ordering, I would shop elsewhere until they get it together.

Sorry to hear that you've had issues with them. I'm on my third case from them and I've been very happy with their product. No issues with the shipment contents, but their shipping times can be rather slow.
In my last order I also got the empty primer boxes which I thought was really odd. I think they are going through growing pains lately since they are a fairly new company. I've been ordering ammo from them for the last 6 months and will probably order another case later this summer.

Yeah, I will give them time to settle in before ordering again. I got what I paid for, it just worried me when I got the first box that was labeled box 1 of 1 and the website listed my order as complete.
I am also disappointed that I never got a call or email back from them. The lack of response is what will keep me from ordering if anything.

For me, the wait time is a killer, especially when the competition returns calls promptly, fixes issues quickly with no fuss and is only 20 bucks per 1000 more money.

Customer Service is worth more than the hassles to save $20. I'd move on for good predictable service.

Now 7 WEEKS Waiting
It has now been 7 weeks waiting for my order of 9mm reloads.
I expect to wait even more.
Don't believe the "6 weeks behind on 9mm" message on their website. I'll keep the forum posted on my experience. My total wait time is expected to be between 9 and 11 weeks.
