I had someone mention to me that wallyworld has fairly inexpensive ammo so I went to check it out and was pleasantly surprised with a box of 100 .40 wwb for $16.50. Their 45 ACP was $20 for a box of 100 wwb. I just wish that they sold 45 GAP

Anyways, I loaded up on the .40 ammo

not bad i should have bouht my wwb 100 pk 9mm from there i would have saved 5 buck over gander mountain.

9mm was 16.50 at GM
was 10 at WM just wish wally world sold them in 1000 rd cases i would build 3 or 4.

If you buy 2 50 packs of WWB at Wally, it is cheaper then buying one 100 pack. At least around here it is.

Most places you get 5% off if you buy it by the case

I found a case of 45 acp at a gunshop going out of bussiness for 100$ Thats for a Case 1000rds Just a chance find. It was Fiochi.

not at mine: the 50 pack ran $10 or so which would have made 100 run $20

I've mostly shoot WWB from Walmart.

$4.63 : 50 rounds of 9mm
$11.98 : 100 rounds of 9mm in the "Value Pack"

$20.98 : 100 rounds of .45 ACP

Academy will price-match Walmart on these. They are my alternate source when Walmart shelves are empty.

CCI Blazer aluminum or brass is cheap and good too, I heard.

But since we are talking about wallyworld. I did find some Blaser Brass for 5.99 a box of 50. That is cheap in alaska.

A friend of mine at work said CCI Blazer Aluminum 9mm is under $4 a box at Academy. I might try that out.
