I have purchased several thousand rounds of 'reman' 45acp, 5.56, and 38spec. from them. Always has been delivered promptly, ammo in excellent shape and no failures - ever! I will continue to purchase all three calibers from them as well as recommending them to my family and friends for ammo acquisition. If you consider the volume of ammo that everyone in the country is buying right now - there are bound to be shipping issues. Just happens to be the OP's turn in the barrel.

Wow, ordered in January and it arrived in March...
I'll second that their communication was/is poor. I ordered a case of their new 9mm ammo on May 1st as it was listed as "IN STOCK", and three weeks later I still did not have it.
When I called, Tia (girl that answered their phone), said they were running 6 weeks behind. I told her I saw that for their re-manufactured ammo, but the stuff I ordered was listed as IN STOCK, which to everyone I know means that it is on-hand, not waiting 6 weeks to be manufactured.
I asked for a refund after two weeks with no ammo. It took a second phone call and a call to my credit card issuer to work the refund. Care to guess if I'll ever order from JackRossAmmo.com again? I will definitely sit tight and wait for others to share a more positive experience before I pull the trigger. I'll give them a second chance if there is any hope of a more positive experience.

Why are you posting Jack Ross issues in the Freedom Munitions thread?

Freedom Munitions = Happy
First purchase from Freedom Munitions was fine. 500 rounds of 9mm Blaster training ammo. Item was delivered on time, and had Zero issues with them. No FTF, or FTE. I placed another order a few weeks ago for 500 rounds of their NEW 9mm ammo. Again, order was delivered on time... Except I was short 250 rounds!!! I called their customer service and was told that they had some new employees in their shipping department and I was not the first to be shorted on an order. The guy in customer service pulled up my order and assured me that the 250 rounds I was shorted would be sent out the next day. Great I thought, I understand mistakes can happen etc. SO I wait. a week goes by and nothing. I call customer service once again, same guy. He remembered talking to me previously. Pulls up my account, and says "Yeah I see where I noted your account last week, but I don't see any further shipping notes that are typically placed on a customer's account in situations like this". I was a little put off by this. Again I was assured that I would be delivered the 250 rounds of ammo I was shorted, and I would be given the tracking number as soon as it was available. This was 3 days ago. I have received NOTHING. At this point I would suggest avoiding any further purchases from this company. Why save a few bucks and take a chance of getting screwed like I did... IF I receive my full order I will update this thread, but until then. Thumbs Down for Freedom Munitions.

-FREEDOM MUNITIONS corrected my order, YEAH!
Today I received the missing 250 rounds along with a few free-bees. Really glad they came through. *happy dance*

No - just curious. Some people are so bent out of shape by a company they tend to post about them everywhere.
Not every company is able to get the people to expand and still be a quality company. Maybe Jack Ross is having growth troubles? I know FM had some issues recently. They sent me 13 boxes labeled 180 gr JHP but they contained 180 gr FMJ! I left a message, got a reply the same day with an apology and that same day, they shipped out 13 boxes of JHP and a return ship label. That is the way I like to see companies handle hickups. Heck, they even tossed in a couple can cozies. It sure made me a believer and it makes it hard to order from other companies for just a few bucks cheaper price!

Well, my update in Freedom is bad. I got a bad batch of primers the first of May. Took em to an IDPA match and suffered through over 20 Failure to fires. Called Freedom, the original plan was to send me 500 remans, and I get to keep the garbage thats left. Now, 16 days later, I've had to call back two more times, because no ammo has shown. Tuesday, they said theyd check the computer and call me back in an hour. Wednesday at noon I had to call them back, again. They had no recollection of our conversations, from tuesday or before, that there were EVER ammo issues, which he quickly identified when I made the original call. Now he's going to send 600 remans, and I have to send back my remaining ammunition. HOPEFULLY its here by the next IDPA shoot, though practice is out the window. I guess I was excited by the first phone call, as they were quick to "make the situation right". But after they did NOTHING i feel they just paid lip service, and dont really care. Everyones got things to deal with, but when you run a business, you have to have your ducks in a row. Customer service is paramount. They've lost a regular customer in me. thats for sure. Too many bad reviews and now my one and only personal experience, has drug out much longer than I feel comfortable with. Too bad, cause the prices were good.

Sorry to hear that Scouter, If you have a facebook account, I'd friend them (which I have done and over 1,000 others have also done) and start posting this type of stuff. I'm sure you'll get a response then. They certainly don't want that type of bad publicity and FB will get everyone in that company on thier toes.

IMO its not worth it. I was looking at their blaster ammo. The 45acp was a little cheaper, but 223 was more expensive then other sites.
