local reloader purchased ammo

It's been few weeks since I've been able to clean any of our guns. used to do it after every trip to the range, we probably have 6 or 700 rounds through the XDM's with this local stuff. HOLY CRAP, there was very little gun poop on the guns! They like this gun food Not sure what he's using, but it's accurate, cheaper than commercial, and apparently cleaner too.

Now, the 22's {sigh}. That's what started this whole cleaning thing, SWMBO'd mounting base came loose from her buckmark, and I decided to take it completely off and clean everything up before reassembly. It was a mess, then I looked at mine and put it back

While I love me some reloaded ammo, mine only. Shooting other peeples reloaders is like sleeping w/ a hooker; yeah fun, but you never know what youe getting Or what kind of damage it will do. BUy factory or reload your own, it's the only safe way to go.

You don't become a better shooter unless you can shoot more & you don't shoot more unlesss you can do it for less.

While you are getting started rolling your own make sure you use BE or another powder of similar age. It will fix that clean gun problem that you seem to be getting with these low quality handloads that are accurate and safe in your pistols............
