I do dat!
Loaded and fired my first 45 reloads. Powder was 700X. Rainer 230 grain bullets. OAL was 1.260. All fired and ejected perfectly. Me happy. All shooting was at 25 yards. I hit 12 inch squares of paper most of the time. I didn't go for accuracy as the 700X does not meter well with a adjustable powder measure. I did check all loads with my electronic scale. Will probably use Bullseye next as BPS does not carry Tightgroup. But I may go down there and request that they get some ordered.
This guy and his dad were there so I had to let them shoot my 45 and the XDSC 9. They liked shooting both of them. They also liked the Firesights on the 9. In return I got to shoot his Beretta in 40 cal. Nice gun. Forgot to take my bowling pins. Dammit! 7900 posts... I should shoot more and talk less.

Most of those stats were done during a time of retirment (intentional umemployment). I working again now. At 10,000 posts I'm going to quit this forum until I hit 20,000 posts.

I got mine from a bowling alley. Call around first and save some gas. Also they sell them on ebay.

Try Clays, American Select or WST all work well with a 230gr bullets and meter fine at least thru a Dillon. If you use TiteGroup empty the powder measure after each use or it will etch & discolor the plastic reservoir in a weeks time.

Anybody know how well bullseye meters?
Um... maybe I'll try clays next time.

I looked for it at BPS but they don't carry it.

Hey fatman, where in Houston can you shoot bowling pins? I would really like to do that but all the ranges rules are so damn strict here.
