Is The Bullet On This Ammo The Same As Ranger T Bullets?

Is there any way to determine if the hollow point bullet version on the ammo linked to below is the same as the Ranger T bullet?

• Winchester SXZ Personal Protection and Training System Ammo

Just asking about the bullet and not the whole cartridge/round.

The T-Series is used only on the Ranger T and is not available as a reload component.
The SXZ bullet is basically the white box ammo with a Lubalox coat.

Back in the early 90s before the black talon got restricted by Winchester to LEO that projectile was loaded in the Ranger line of ammo. It was also known as the OSM round. Same load as the OSM and them Rangers from the 90s can be bought at walmart as the personal protection line today. Still great performers today as they were back then....
