Question on Hornady TAP Personal Defense Ammo.

Question Question on Hornady TAP Personal Defense Ammo.
I have a question about this ammo, is this steel core ammo? The reason I ask is because most of the ranges I go to do not allow steel core ammo. I want to be able to a number of these rounds to confirm functionality with my firearms.

Range Rules
No armor piercing, tracer, or birdshot ammunition whatsoever. All bullets shall be at least 50% jacketed, or in the case of .22s, copper coated. Steel core/jacketed ammunition is not allowed.

No it's not AP steel core. Why would you think it is?
