I was searching the web last night and I came across something really...incredible. This bullet, after expansion is almost an inch in diameter and a 20 foot velocity of 1112fps. And this is a .40 caliber bullet! Take a look....

Those "ribs" in the bullet are sharp and help in actually cutting the target, much like an arrow lacerates. If anybody has any experiance using these or any comments on them please let me know. It also seems that on this -->http://stevespages.com/page8f40sw.htmlwebsite where they do these informal tests the only bullet to even come close to the expansion is the Hornady TAP ammunition.

I have used it in both of my Taurus 9mm's.. Feeds well and seem to be dependable. That is all I can really say, I have done no real testing with it.

The best HP in my Makarovs, and the only HP i can get to feed in my PA63. no jambs........been using them for a while

I've never personally been a big fan of PMC ammo. Beyond that, if you are happy with the results and it works for you, that matters more to you than my opinion...

its expansion looks nice but the penetration is a little lower than some others. I wonder if coming in contact with bone this would almost be to much expansion.

well judging from the reading in the article he posted, it appears this ammo targets the issue of overpenetration. So that's why there would be the issue of less penetration compared to other ammo. To me it looks like nice decent expansion that would do some damage. I don't think there's any ONE ammo that fits everyone's needs. There are so many variables between different ammo and so many differences in each persons needs for ammo to meet. Complete overpenetration isn't a problem at all in some situations, but if a certain ammo can be effective but penetrate less for safety of others.. such as the starfire says then that's good. I haven't shot this before, I looked at some just yesterday though. I think I might try a box of it next time I'm able to go out somewhere I can shoot at wet phonebooks to test different bullets.

I know one thing though, I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of any bullet.
