What is up with Cabela's???
I have had an order for primers on backorder for several months with Cabela's. I regularly have gotten e-mails with "updated" shipping dates every since ordering. Today they tell me sorry, we had to cancel your order since we couldn't fill it. I can't even log in at their website.

Similar experience here. Get on Midway's site. They won't let you backorder primers, but you can have them send you an email when some arrive. If you happen to see the email within ten seconds of its arrival and click the link, there might be some primers still available for you. I got 3k Magtech small pistol primers from them a couple weeks ago. (See my post describing my issues with them in the Ammo Can forum.)

I just tried logging in - no problems here. I had a bunch of .380 on backorder with them and they did the same thing - cancelled my order because they couldn't fill it after 3 months. Hey, at least you can backorder with them. The last few times I got a notification from Midway the ammo was sold out by the time I went to their site. Gotta be quick.

They should leave it on backorder indefinitely unless I cancel it!!! 3 months and you're out???

Hell, Cabela's has never had any primers in stock at the local store in months.... But I've found 'em at Scheels twice in that period.... Picked up 2K of Federal Small Pistol on Friday... I'm starting to get disappointed in them....

My order for 500 rounds of 9mm just got cancelled also. Got the kiss off via email as well.
They could have at least broken up in person, I feel so used...
