Doh!!!

This is a discussion on Doh!!! within the The Ammo Can forums, part of the Armory Talk category; I was just looking in a my closet and found a old ammo can that I had put about 1K of spent .40 brass years ...

Doh!!!
I was just looking in a my closet and found a old ammo can that I had put about 1K of spent .40 brass years ago and totally forgot about.... Needless to say, the ol' vibratory cleaner is getting a workout right now...

Yep, now I have enough brass that I don't have to worry about buying more... 'cept I probably will... cause that's how I roll... My motto... You can never have to much powder, primers, brass and rounds... and weapons...

I just took all the ammunition out of the gun safe to make room for more rifles. I was shocked at how much 9mm and 40 I had, surprised at how much 7.62x39 I had, and disappointed at how much 5.56 I had. Low on .38, .357, and .45 also.

I'm just getting started on reloading but I'm hoping to ramp up where I have plenty on had for just plinkin' and target shooting and save my factory ammo (which I have to built up also...) for zombies....

I thought I had 2K of .223 rounds.

Was going through my closet and at the end of 2 days I found 7,000 rounds of .223, some of it from 12 years ago.
