Forget Winclean
It may have cleaner primers, but I recently bought a bunch of CCI Blazer aluminum case 9mm 115gr. and I pulled several of the bullets and they have a completely enclosed brass base. I purchased some Winclean 147gr and they have a BEB brass enclosed base. These Blazers are just cheap target ammo but they have the same attributes of the more expensive stuff. Winchester says "Brass Enclosed Base Eliminates Lead Vaporization from Bullet Base. No Barrel Leading." CCI calls it TMJ for total metal jacket. It's cheaper and totally enclosed, check it out.

You might pull a bullet if you can, some of Winchester's "TMJ" type of ammo still has an open base on it but I'm unsure about CCI.
