Is this common?

Hi. I'm new to handgun shooting. I've fired 600 rounds through my SA XD-40 with mostly Winchester 180's and 165's. 150 of those rounds were from Walmart. No FTF like I've read about. Tonight I just picked up the Winchester 165 gr. 100 round box for $15.97. I get home and open it up and the first thing I notice is two rounds have very dark primers. Almost burned metal looking. Is this common? I have never seen this before. I plan on firing them this weekend. Will I see my first FTF?

The Winchester primers will tarnish a lot more noticeably than Federal or CCI, I'm assuming it is because it uses some type of a brass finish on the cap itself. I've opened up a box out of a fresh case that had dark primers and never had a problem before.

That's assuming its tarnish, though I don't see what else it could be. They should work fine, if not wait 30 seconds to wait for a hangfire to happen, after that, rack out the dud and keep on shootin.
